Rules for the Students
At CT Public School, we expect our students to adhere to certain rules and regulations to maintain a
disciplined and respectful environment. These rules are designed to ensure the well-being and safety of
all students.
General Rules
- Uniform and Grooming: Students are expected to wear proper, neat, and clean uniforms, with their nails properly trimmed. Non-Sikh boys are required to get their hair cut at regular intervals to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for academic success. Students are expected to attend school regularly and arrive on time for classes.
- Respect for Authorities: Students are expected to show due respect and deference to school authorities, including teachers, administrators, and staff members.
- Care of School Property: Students are responsible for handling school property with care and attention. This includes textbooks, equipment, and facilities.
- Restricted Areas: Certain areas of the school are restricted to students, including the Principal's office, school administrative block, reception, corridor in front of the Principal's office, and staff room. Students are not allowed to enter these areas without prior permission.
- Classroom Behavior: Students are expected to behave responsibly in the classroom, following the instructions of their teachers and respecting their peers. Students must not leave the classroom without permission from the teacher and must carry an out-pass with them.
- Cycle/Scooter Parking: Students who ride cycles or scooters to school are required to lock them and place them in specified areas. The school will not be responsible for any loss or damage to cycles or scooters.
- Motor Vehicle Rules: Students who drive motor vehicles to school must have a valid driving license and wear a helmet. Students without a valid driving license and helmet will not be permitted to come to school on motor vehicles.
- Valuables: Students are not allowed to bring valuable items such as rings, watches, mobiles, watches, iPods, or other jewelry to school. The school will not be responsible for any loss or damage to these items.
- Disruptive Behavior: Students must not create confusion in class, use rude or abusive language, or break school discipline in any way.
- Language: Students are expected to speak in English during school hours. Speaking in other languages is not allowed.
- Communication: Parents are expected to go through their ward's diary every day and spend quality time with their child, sharing moral values and discussing their progress.
- Supervision: Parents are responsible for supervising and guiding their child's TV viewing habits and ensuring that they are not exposed to inappropriate content.
