On the occasion of International Museum Day, an educational visit to the Jang-e-Azadi Memorial Museum was organized by CT Public School for the students of Grades 6 and 7. The Jang-e-Azadi Memorial, located in Kartarpur town near Jalandhar in Punjab, India, is a tribute to the contributions and sacrifices made by the Punjabi community in the Indian independence movement. Spread across 25 acres and built at a cost of ₹300 crore, the museum serves as a powerful reminder of the nation\'s freedom struggle.A towering lion statue at the entrance symbolises courage and strength, key traits of the freedom fighters. Inside, the memorial houses detailed exhibits, including multimedia presentations that vividly narrate the history of the independence movement

Through this educational visit, the students gained valuable insights into India\'s fight for independence. The initiative was highly appreciated by the School Principal, Dr. Saroj Chauhan and Headmistress, Ms. Arshdeep Ghuman.
