The changing life style of the society has brought a drastic change in food habits of the people. In this competitive age, when parents are busy in fulfilling the demands of their family, they fail in providing healthy home-made food to their wards. As a result the children get attracted to junk food which is again harmful for them.
Dental problems have been noticed among the growing children because of which CT Public School took up the initiative to teach oral hygiene to the students and also have a thorough dental check up by renowned dental surgeons of the city. Dr. Bikramjit Singh (M.D.S) of Dental Tree Hi – tech Dental Hospital took up the mammoth task to monitor the dental problems like cavities and oral health of the students and gave prescriptions and also suggested orthodontic consultations.

As the saying goes, “Some people dream of success while others wake up and work hard for it”. CT Public School has proved that hard work would help the students of CT Public School to excel and create history by exhibiting excellent results in the CBSE XII results. The highest score was 99 % secured by Tanisha in Accounts who also stood first in the Commerce stream by securing 96.2 . Harleen Kaur scored 99% in Physical Education, 96% was the highest in Economics, while 95% marks was the highest in English, Business, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics.

16th Malaysian Milo Open Karate Championship was held in Kaula Lumpur, Malaysia from 15-17 May, 2015. Jaskaran Singh of our school brought laurels to the school by bagging First Position in 52 Kg Cadet Boys Kumite event. Sahodaya Painting Competition was organized at Eklavaya School in which 30 schools from in and around Jalandhar participated. Our eloquent and assiduous student, Sumit of Class VI-A grabbed 2nd position. He received huge applause and compliments for his immaculate performance from judges. Cricket Tournament 2015 was organized in La Blossom School from May 5, 2015 to May 9, 2015 which Under-14 & Under-17 teams, from in and around Jalandhar District participated enthusiastically. In all, eight school teams participated.There was a neck-to-neck competition and both teams of CT Public School played miraculously defeating their rivals and bagged the First position.
Kartik Chadha bagged Man of the Match Trophy in Under 14 category, Rishab Saini bagged Man of the Match and Man of the Series Title and Jashneev Bajaj bagged Best Bowler Award.

Mother’s day was celebrated in CT Public School to convey to the adorable mothers that their presence in the families are a great blessings as they are the pillars of the family radiating good values of love, care and compassion.
The students created beautiful cards to express their love and gratitude to their loving mothers. A myriad of games and activities were conducted for the mothers to make their day a memorable one. The Principal Mrs. Ranjana Rajput shared her views highlighting the role of mothers. She said that as the mothers are an epitome of love and care, the children should also reciprocate their unconditional love to them.
With an untiring zeal,CT has never left any stone unturned to prove better than the best. Our Budding Sportsperson, Inderraj Singh Bajwa with his best performance represent Punjab in National Tchoukball Tournament which was held in Sonipat, Haryana. It is a matter of great pride that Punjab Team declared as a National Champions.

The Investiture Ceremony for the session 2015- 16 at CT Public School was yet again a special occasion where the school entrusted and relinquished responsibilities with grace to the upcoming leaders. They received their responsibility, with a pledge to preserve the pride of the school.
The Investiture ceremony which was conducted in a very dignified manner began with the welcome of the dignitaries, who were welcomed with a band.
The Chief Guest on the occasion was Mr. Charanjit Singh Channi, Chairman, CT Group of Institutions. After the badge pinning ceremony, the school choir presented a group song “Anushasan” motivating the children to stride on the right path with discipline for the others to follow suit.
Anand Jaitely presented a paper on the responsibilities bestowed on the office bearers by the school. The students presented a magnificent Nukkar Natak to bring awareness among the children to obey traffic rules.
The school has bequeathed the post of General Secretary to Shagun Chauhan, School Head Boy to Animesh Rajput while the post of school Head Girl was given to Rashi Singh. The School Sports Captain (Boys) is Bhavish while the Harwinder Kaur has been appointed as Sports Captain (Girls).
The Activity Incharge Mrs. Pushpinder Kaur invested the oath to the office bearers.
The Chief Guest Mr. Charanjit Singh Channi congratulated the students and motivated them to be virtuous and upright and always imbibe the good qualities which in the long run would help in the nation building. The Principal of the school Mrs. Ranjana Rajput congratulated the office- bearers and their parents and initiated them to work with honesty, integrity and righteousness and be an asset in the various activities of the school.

CT Public School paid tribute to more than 3000 victims who lost their lives in a massive Earthquake. With an endeavor to pay tribute, a prayer meet was observed at the School. Faculty, Staff members and Students maintained a two-minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed souls of quake victims.
An Earthquake Drill Session was conducted in our school to educate children on how to prepare and protect themselves during an earthquake. With memories still fresh of the devastating magnitude 7.8 Nepal earthquake, our students dropped under their desks Wednesday morning and covered their heads in an earthquake drill session.

The students and staff of the school had been working strenuously in collaboration with International Schools and studying and analyzing various global issues. The students conducted innumerable activities related to the issues and brought about various suggestions.
