*Those who are happiest never did have everything. But rather, they are thankful for everything they do have.*
Ms. Amrit Kalsi ,the deputy director training and counsellor of CT Group ,took an interactive session with the teachers of CT Public School. She told about G.O.D. We always say “God, God, God “but what does Godmean? Here *G* stands for Generator, *O* for Operator and *D* for Destroyer. Our body is the best example of it as stomach is the *Generator*, lungs, heart and kidneys are the *Operators* and brain is the *Destroyer* .
It indicates that we have to destroy our negative thoughts and always welcome the positive ones . Simultaneously we should discard all sorts of unused and old material lying in our house to get rid of negative vibes. She further insisted "To beat negative thinking, one should encounter the problem. Remember a situation in which you felt assured and calm. Accept yourself." Negative thinking doesn’t change overnight so baby steps are just what one needs.
Get around positive people. If your negative thoughts are linked to a specific strong emotion like fear, anger or jealousy, try letting them out in writing. You can then choose a way of destroying the paper on which you pent-up negativity.
The Principal Mr. Daljeet Rana appreciated her by saying that She is really a source of inspiration for all of us. She always distributes love, light and the happiness to everyone. The Vice Principal Ms. Sukhdeep Kaur also thanked her for this motivational session and support .

Children are most vulnerable to worm infections, as their immune system is not yet fully developed. Untreated worm infections prevent children’s healthy growth, cause poor nutrition and reduce their capacity to concentrate and learn.
A single dose of deworming treatment drastically reduces the number of worms in each child. Regular treatment contributes to good health and nutrition for children of school age, which in turn leads to increasedenrolment and attendance, reduced class repetition and better educational attainment. Children need these deworming medicines to grow healthier and learn better in school.

Aug 6, 2019*WORDS MEAN MORE THAN WHAT IS SET DOWN ON PAPER.....IT TAKES THE HUMAN VOICE TO INFUSE THEM WITH DEEPER MEANING*
Voice Modulation is an important aspect of Effective Public Speaking. Without voice modulation, the speech would sound flat and will not be able to catch the audience's attention. The time span for the attention of the audience is very short so the speaker has to draw the interest of audience so that they listen to him carefully. Voice modulation is necessary to engage your listeners.
Ms. Surbhi Arora, Founder Director of My Career Dost and a career counsellor had a session with the boarders of CT Public School. In her interaction with them, she said that 90% of the problems are due to the tone of the voice. It is not what you say, but how you say, that creates a problem.
A piece of writing becomes more interesting and retentive if proper intonation and voice modulation is used. Modulation of voice brings flexibility and vitality to your voice and you can express emotions, sentiments like impatience, careful planning, despondency, suspicion etc. in the best possible way. She added that if you do not pay attention to the modulation of your voice, you emerge as a languid speaker with no command over your voice. The students enjoyed the session with Ms. #Surbhi and learnt to make their speech more interesting and vibrant.
Principal, Mr. Daljeet Singh applauded the efforts of Ms. Surbhi Arora for guiding the students for effective reading and speaking which could have a great impact on the listener. Also present on this occasion were Ms. Amrit Kalsi, Deputy Director Training and Counselling for CT Group, Ms. Sukhdeep Kaur, Vice Principal and Ms. Neena Sethi, Kindergarten In Charge.
