Republic Day is celebrated on 26th January every year. This day is celebrated with fervour and pride across India. On this day, the Constitution of India came into effect. It marks the day when India got truly independent and attained the historic Purna Swaraj.On 26th January 1950, India implemented the Constitution. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was elected as the President of Indian National Congress and Poorna Swaraj was declared on 26th January 1950.Republic Day is a national festival .
On this day students of CT PUBLIC SCHOOL narrated rhymes and songs of nationalism .Principal Mr. Daljeet Singh Rana and Vice Principal sukhdeep Kaur appreciated the efforts of the students.
Students, teachers and parents of CT Public School enthusiastically participated in Pariksha Pe Charcha which is a unique interactive programme of Hon'ble Prime Minister with students, teachers and parents which will be held through virtual mode in February 2022. As many as 140 students from classes IX-XII, 44 teachers and parents and participated in this prestigious activity whereby they wrote articles on different topics suggested by CBSE.

To ensure the immunization and safety of students against Covid-19 and hope to return to traditional class experience, a vaccination camp was scheduled in the premises of CT Public School on 21st January, 2022, for the children aged 15 to18 years in which mainly the school students, staff and family members participated and got immunization done. During this all protective measures related to Covid-19 were adopted. The Principal Mr.Daljeet Rana said that if we want to defeat corona, then it is necessary to get ourselves and our family vaccinated, vaccine is our protective shield to fight the corona epidemic.

A ceremonial event of movie premiere took place in CT Public School. The maker of the film showcased the premier of the film, Chintu, The Untold Story.The filmmakers, the star cast, and invitees attended the grand premier of the film shortly.
The director Kamal Pruthi and starcast of the upcoming Punjabi short movie; Chintu, The Untold Story visited CT Public School campus and casted the movie in the campus for the faculty and the students. The story revolves around a boy named Chintu who gets seperated from his mother. The agony of separation of mother and child is well depicted through excellent dialogue delivery and expressions. Her life is tormented with her loss of memory. The special bond between the mother and the child compels the young artist to escape from the orphanage to track his mother.
Harshita Gupta from CT Public School took part in this movie. The storyline is by Triveni Productions and will be released on PTC Punjabi channel next week.The Principal and staff of CT. Public School congratulated the team for their sterling performance in the film and prayed for the grand success of the upcoming grand movie.

The LEAD Championships 2021 are National-level competition to find the true champions out of participating students. 4 Championships were held - Lil Champs (for students of SKG to Grade 3), English Champs (Junior Category for students of grades 4 to 6 and Senior category for students of grades 7 to 9), Science Champs (Junior Category for students of grades 4 to 6 and Senior category for students of grades 7 to 9), and Quiz (for students of grades 7 to 9).
The Lil Champs were given themes for a fancy dress competition. They had dress up according to the theme, and speak about the same. The English Champs Jr had a story telling competition. They had to write and narrate an original story based on one of the 4-5 themes provided by LEAD. English Sr Champs had to write an original speech on any 1 of the topics provided. Science Champs (Jr and Sr) had to identify a problem they have noticed around them and suggest a solution for the same. The Quiz is a team Championship. Teams of 2 students from each school have competed across rounds with questions ranging from topics on Current Affairs to Science & Technology.
Over 3000 schools have participated in these championships from across the country. More than 90 students participated from CT Public School across all Championships in the Qualifier round. After the qualifier, regional and zonal rounds, Suhani and Mannat have qualified for final round of the Quiz, wherd they performed really well and their performance was appreciated by the management .

Students of classes VII-IX helped their grandparents and siblings to learn basic computer skills which boost their confidence about digital space. Kids taught their family members how to design greeting cards and also helped their grandparents learn how to search information on the internet and access YouTube. Today, when technology has changed our lives radically, being computer literate has become an essential skill, we believe in in empowering the girl child are computer visits took the lead and ensured that your grandparents became comfortable in front of the computer screens.

The students of class 8th tried to learn more about the concept of symmetry with the help of some pictures .This activity helped the students to learn about the symmetry of different objects in a very interesting way. For Finals Two teams played together Kalpana Chawla House and Mother Teresa House .
Out of these two kalpana chawla House emerges as the Winners in Finals and on second position was Mother Teresa House . For Third position two teams played together were Nelson Mandela House and APJ Abdul Kalam House .Out of these two teams APJ Abdul Kalam House got the third position.Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts."
