Workshop on Exam Phobia

Exam fear is a very common phenomenon among many students and it has a disastrous effect no doubt. To remove this fear and make exams an enjoyable task rather than a scaring one CT Public school organized a session for students of Class (VI-XII) ‘Mighty Mind’ on 19^th april,2018, in which experts Mr. Raj Shekhar and Mr. Pratap gave ideas and tips to the students reduce exam anxiety and get rid of phobia and stress of education. They guided the students to learn their syllabus with interesting methods. They introduced a range of techniques to help manage test anxiety and also recommended ways to improve their study skills. The Principal of the school, Mrs. Suman Rana advised the students to focus on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting their anxious feelings thoughts and physical reactions.
