CT SWIMMING ACADEMY INAUGURATED

Swimming is an important sports activity. It provides full body workout and de-stresses and relaxes the body.Swimming regularly can lower stress levels, reduce anxiety and depression, and improve your sleep patterns. It is great for the general well being as it is one of the best ways to stay fit and healthy and maintain a positive mental outlook.

Keeping this in mind, CT Swimming Academy was inducted in the CT Public School campus on 3^rd April 2017 for the students as well as the residents of Jalandhar.

The Academy was inaugurated by Mr. Manbir Singh, Managing Director, CT Group along with Principal Mrs. Suman Rana, Vice Principal Mr. Varinder Singh. After seeking blessings from the Almighty, Mr Manbir Singh MD, declared the Academy open.

The CT Swimming Academy has on rolls, a qualified coach and an overall record organizer along with a life guard. The pool would be available in the morning as well as in the evening.
