Mr. Nirmal Singh has joined the CT family with his appointment in CT Public School as Band Master.
He has served the army for 19 years in the Punjab Regiment after which he was again enrolled with Punjab Police Band Staff at Punjab Police Academy Phillaur and was discharged as Sub Inspector on October 31, 2015 after serving for 22 years. He had been promoted to the post of Head Inspector after his command and control over the Band.
Mr Nirmal Singh has been decorated with various awards for his sterling mastery over the band. Ha bagged the first position in North India Band Competition held at New Delhi.He headed the PPA and PAP Band during All India Police Duty Meet in 1999 and bagged the second position and acquired a silver medal.
In All India Police band Competition held in the year 2000 at New Delhi, his Band acclaimed the second position and received a silver medal.He procured ‘AY’ Grade with “High Average Teaching Capability” in Pipers Major Course.CT Public School is honoured to receive the services of Mr. Nirmal Singh to impart training to the new generation in this field.
