Pipping ceremony signifies a fresh start and an opportunity for growth.
The Pipping cum Investiture Ceremony of junior and senior wing was held on 18 May, 2023 at CT Public School to encourage and kindle leadership qualities in our young prodigies.
The Student Council for the session 2023-24 was formed. Students were chosen for the School Posts and House Posts.
The Investiture Ceremony 2023-24 successfully inducted the newly elected and selected members of the school’s prefectorial board on 18 May, 2023.
This event was presided over by our worthy Management,
S. Charanjeet Singh ji Channi, the Chairman of CT Group of Institutions.
The ceremony commenced with lighting the lamp followed by 'Saraswati Vandana' which signifies the removal of darkness and continuous upward movement of the flame denotes a path of wisdom and divinity.
Newly elected Appointees – Head Boy and Head Girl along with Sports secretaries, House Captains, Vice House Captains and Prefects were honoured by our worthy Principal Ma'am , Mrs Anuradha Chandel ,along with the esteemed Chief Guest,S. Charanjeet Singh ji Channi.They conferred the new appointees with badges and sashes so that they would take into their hands the reigns of responsibility.
Principal Ma’am administered the oath of allegiance to the newly appointed Board of Students’ Council, who swore to serve their Alma Mater with utmost sincerity and to the best of their abilities.
After that, the Class Representatives of Class 1 to XII were felicitated.
The Principal, Mrs.Anuradha Chandel motivated the students and blessed them with her golden views which would help the students to make their vision clear for the achievement of their goal by performing their duties with full dedication. She then congratulated the newly elected Students’ Council and emphasised the significance of setting priorities and the need of the hour to be a team player. She reminded them that they are the torch bearers of all the values that the School stands for and urged them to take responsibility with commitment and integrity.
The proud parents’ happiness knew no bounds when badges and sashes were conferred on the newly elected Students’ Council.
The zeal of the council was reflected in their confidence and dedication to execute their work when they sang the invigorating song ' We shall overcome one day'.
The ceremony concluded with the energetic fusion dance on the song, ‘ Deva Shri Ganesha’ presented by the students, which spell bound the audience and enhanced the vibrance of the event. The school undoubtedly believes in its young leaders to protect and consolidate the values and ideals its teachers and students stand for. We express our gratitude to our revered Principal Ma’am and worthy Management for their sheer perseverance to help students comprehend the rich legacy of our nation and for the constant encouragement to attain excellence in all arenas of education.

Plastic bags are one of the most commonly used things today. We use them almost every day for various purposes.
There are a number of reasons to say no to plastic bags. We must stop using them to make our environment better and save it from degradation.
The students of CT Public School of grade 6 did a role play depicting the use of paper bags and avoid plastic bags under the able guidance of their Punjabi teacher, Mrs. Kawalpreet Kaur.
Plastic bags are a major source of plastic pollution. As they are non-biodegradable, they take years to decompose. They contribute to a lot of waste which keeps collecting over the years. Plastic takes thousands of years to break down and decompose.
Similarly, it also causes water pollution. As people throw away the bags carelessly on the roads, in the drains and rivers, they enter the water bodies. They are carried away by winds in them and sometimes dumped into water deliberately.Honourable Principal, Mrs. Anuradha Chandel said that this plastic bag goes deep in the water and also hampers the aquatic life and we should avoid using plastic bags to save the environment.
Mission LIFE aims to turn its vision into observable effects. It is intended to motivate at least 1 billion Indians and other global citizens to perform both individual and group actions for environmental protection and conservation. CT Public School conducted a session on Mission Life with students from classes VI to IX. Er.Sandeep Kaur, SDO, from Punjab Pollution Control, was the resource person who guided the students about mission life and elaborated on the way of living based on Indian Environmental Traditions and Conservation Practices. The students pledged to contribute their efforts to make our planet a healthy planet.
Honourable Principal ma'am, Mrs Anuradha Chandel and Vice Principal ma'am , appreciated the efforts of the Department of Punjab Pollution Control for creating such an awareness among students.

Morning assembly at school is a very important ritual and it is a time of peace.Today, the assembly presentation at CT Public School was done by 2nd Adorable on the theme "Hard Work. The little ones presented thought, word of the day, news headlines and the National Anthem.
Worthy Principal, Mrs. Anuradha Chandel addressed the students and appreciated the winners of various competitions and certificate holders . A solemn and peaceful atmosphere prevailed during the assembly.

Class XII CBSE students of CT Public School pass out with flying colours.
The declaration of the result of class XII by CBSE on 12th May,2023 brought immense joy to the members of the CT family. Students & teachers greeted each other with smiles & sweets. This year, as in the past, all students emerged in flying colours. Out of 56 students that appeared in AISSCE exam 22 were from the science stream, 20 from the Commerce stream, &14 from the Humanities stream. The top three scorers in all streams are as under:

A mother is the first teacher and the first friend of her children.
To mark the Mother’s day, A Mother’s Day activity was conducted at CT Public School in class seventh under the guidance of their Punjabi teacher, Ms. Kawalpreet Kaur. Students dedicated poems to their lovely mothers in Punjabi language. Also, they did an activity where children pasted the pics of their mothers and wrote few lines on them.
The Principal, Ms. Anuradha Chandel said that a mother can decipher every gesture of her children since the time they are born. She loves her children unconditionally and guides them on the right path in life and takes care of her children and ensures their safety in every way.
We celebrate Mother's Day to thank our mothers, expressing our love and gratitude for them.
A bookmark-making activity can be a fun and creative project for students .The students from different classes of CT Public School conducted this activity in the supervision of their English teachers to celebrate Literary Week. Honourable Principal Ma'am Mrs Anuradha Chandel appreciated the efforts of the students.

The role of Class Representative is a leadership role- a special privilege and honor. It prepares students as future leaders.
On May4,2023, Principal of CT Public School , Mrs. Anuradha Chandel organized a meeting with class representatives from Grades 6-12. The purpose of this meeting was to provide students with school general information. In addition, Principal ma’am explained to them all the roles, duties and responsibilities of class representatives because they are the team leaders, well-behaved students and responsible in the class for tasks assigned by their class teachers.
